I’ve bought from Ikawa Coffee a handful of times now, and thinking back on each order, the roasts have been really consistent. I don’t remember getting any weird burnt-tasting batches or beans that felt flat, which has happened to me with other places. The coffee always seems fresh, and it makes my morning routine easier because I’m not constantly adjusting everything to make it taste right. It’s a simple thing, but I’ve come to really appreciate that kind of reliability. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

That said, for the price, I was kind of expecting a little more than just “fine.” It’s not bad by any means, but it definitely feels like you’re paying a bit of a premium for what you actually get. Maybe worth it for some people, just not exactly amazing value in my opinion.
